With an idea that effective task management is akin to quality work & time management, our client approached us to develop an app. To simplify the task delegation process, the app is build featuring clean-interface & user-friendly functionalities. From outlining a month’s tasks to enrolment, everything is done & managed under one roof. The app is designed to be used by Supervisors & Admin.
How Bluebox Works?
Both the supervisor & admin can login with their username & password. Simply enter the pin & submit for instant access to Home Screen.
- A supervisor is entitled to see task status, create a task (Check-in worker/equipment, Enter task details, Start task) & track task (Check Off task milestones, Check in/out worker & Equipment, End task, Enter task notes)
- In order to track the milestones, a user can click on the open tasks option in the app
- To edit & start any task, a user can click on the pending tasks
- One or multiple workers can be selected by a supervisor to add to any tasks using NFC Chip
- A user can select what tasks to create, enter details & save for the future
- In case the task is started & the task has equipment/workers that already checked into other tasks, then the user is asked to confirm out users from previous tasks
- Supervisor/ User can checkout tasks on the checklist
- A user holds the power to unassign already assigned worker/equipment, or add a new one
- BlueBox allows the user to check out one month’s of previous tasks group by day

On the other hand, an admin can Enrol Worker/Tracker/Equipment/Supervisor. In addition, he shares the same duties as the supervisor does
