Education Qualification – MBA/PGD in HR from a reputed Institute
In essence, we are seeking candidates with at least 05 to 10 years of experience in the HR department.
Have experience managing at least 100 employees in a company or organization.
- Manage employee relations activities and employee issues.
- In responsible for the entire employee life cycle.
- Responsible for maintain all HR records related to leave and attendance in internal system
- Hands on experience on Recruitment Dashboards, adhoc reports, attrition reports.
- Administration of benefits
- Setup processes for handling employee issues and grievances
- Co-ordination with various Division
- Provide required reports as per need basis.
